3. The applicant consents to the company collecting, using and disclosing personal data for the purposes of assessing the application, coordinating contact, and providing services, in line with the company's privacy policy.

4. Pricing and commercial terms for corporate customers may differ from general retail prices and may change without prior notice.

5. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as appropriate; changes take effect as soon as they are announced through the company's channels.
